GEARBOX ASSEMBLY AT ALEXANDRIS ENGINEERING LTD
Since mid-2008, a MAC Gearbox Assembly Department (MOTOVARIO QUALIFIED ASSEMBLING CENTER) operates in our plant in Plovdiv (Bulgaria). We assemble and immediately deliver gearboxes H, HA, B, BA, S (Co-axial, Helical Worm Gear, Bevel Gear and Shaft Mounted Gear).
Apart from the obvious advantage of immediate delivery (just one day for the Greek market!) we check each gearbox meticulously with the strictest quality leakage and noise tests of each gearbox before leaving our center. The center also functions as a diagnostic and repair unit for old gearboxes of the aforementioned types.
CNC
In 2004 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, a standard production unit for quality precision components was organized, specializing in the design and manufacture of stainless-steel components and plastics for the bottling industry. The plastic screws and stars are some typical products of the Company, which are now designed and manufactured by top digital machines (CNC) and a very demanding CAD-CAM system in Bulgaria just for your machine and your bottles.

ROLLERS MANUFACTURE
Our Company can manufacture rollers of various applications from iron, galvanized, stainless steel or plastic pipes. In the facilities of our factory, we have a special machine for automated production of heavy-duty rollers, powder-sealed (for cement factories, quarries, mines, etc.), which are manufactured in standard and other sizes.
Rolling stations are also manufactured for heavy-duty rollers as well as special drums of various dimensions, based on specifications.
