Establishment of a commercial outlet for machines and flour mill materials on 19A, K Mavromichali Street, in Piraeus

1967

Relocation of the company headquarters to 12, K. Mavromichali Steet

1971

Conversion to Incorporated Company under the corporate name GEORGE P. ALEXANDRIS S.A. Corporate, Commercial, Technical and Industrial Company.

1972

Establishment of a commercial outlet in Thessaloniki, which serves fully the needs of the developing industry in Northern Greece.

1979

Transfer and development of the Construction Branch for conveyor belt systems to the location of Portsi, in Koropi.

1995

Building expansion of the company premises in Piraeus to an area of approximately 4.500 m². Contains product warehouse facilities, laboratories, seminar and social events hall, product exhibition area, and the well known classic commercial sales outlet.

1999

Subsidiary establishment in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, under the company name "ALEXANDRIS ENGINEERING LTD".

2000

Outlet establishment by "ALEXANDRIS ENGINEERING LTD" in Sofia, Bulgaria.

2000

Company Certification under the Quality Assurance System ISO 9001.

Subsidiary establishment in Bucharest, Romania, under the company name "ALEXANDRIS ROMANIA SRL".

2001

Outlet set up in Heraklion, Crete.

2003

Relocation of the subsidiary "ALEXANDRIS ENGINEERING LTD" to privately owned building in Plovdiv Bulgaria.

2004

Installation of Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) by SAP.

2006

Relocation of the Thessaloniki outlet to privately owned building in the Industrial Area of Sindos.
